Day 52: what is the most inspirational thing...
Life begins at the end of your comfort zone - Neal Donald Walsch
I know I’m a creature of habit and i definitely know I life inside my comfort zone.
Since reading this a few months ago I’ve taken baby steps to try and go beyond my comfort. I’m almost done with a 6 week running program that has allowed me to run 5 miles which was way outside my comfort zone!
I’m...
Day 51: describe your future wedding
I’ve never given any thought to this. I wasn’t one of those girls who planned my perfect wedding as a kid. There are definitely things I see that I love but, I’ve not thought about it.
Scott's Pizza Journal: Winter Project: Homemade... →
scottspizzatours:
There she is, a Sicilian pie so good I emailed a picture of it to my dad.
Winter is the perfect time for thick crusts and gooey cheese, so I decided to make it a February project to learn how to make the perfect Sicilian pizza. After purchasing a coated black pan from Bari Equipment, my…
Looks amazing!
Day 48: Your life story in three words
Complicated - representing the choices I’ve made and the resulting situations. I’m sure everyone has these. Unfortunately mine has defined my life.
Fulfilling - all my volunteer activities fill my heart with joy! My friends and family also add to the fulfillment of my life! Every memory is precious and cherished!
Safe - this is how i function. While I’d love to think I do...
Day 46: What makes you smile?
Random acts of kindness!
My Boston Terrier Tobe!
My family & friends!
Sarcasm!
Being complimented!
Being recongnized for my accomplishments at work and in everyday life!
The kids I teach in Junior Achievement!
Good Music!
Good food!
Nature!
The list goes on.. This is just a few of my favorite things that make me smile! :)
Have you smiled lately?
It takes fewer muscles in your face...
Day 45: When was the last time you tried something... →
I started this weight loss program on 2/9/12. So far this has been an awesome program! If you’re just getting into running or have tried it several times with little success this is a great way to get into it! I had a love hate relationship with running and now it’s more of a love dislike relationship! :)
Day 44: When it is time to stop calculating risks...
Now this is more like it! I like these types of questions! :)
I suppose this would depend on where you’re at in life and your personality! Type A personalities probably won’t ever stop calculating risks and rewards. I myself don’t dwell too much on the risks and rewards on things that are near term. For things that could effect my future I definitely weigh the risks against the...
Day 43: Is it possible to lie without saying a...
Seriously whoever made this 365 day challenge is hung up on this topic..
Yes i think it’s possible to lie without saying a word. Body language speaks the truth just as much as words to. Omission of words is not an omission of truth!
Lets stop beating this horse to death. Sheesh..
Day 42: Your best friend just died, what is your...
I hate to think about this… I hate this question 100%.. But at some point everyone will die.. So, Im going to start with this.. Death is so uncertain and so unpredictable. (Thank Gawd).
My reaction would be based on timing and circumstance of the death… Im very realistic when it comes to these things in life.. I would absolutely 100% be devistated b/c my friends, especially by best...
Day 41: Write a letter to yourself stating all the...
Self, (Is that an appropriate start?!)
Things you love about yourself…. Well.. For starters you have a huge heart! This is both good and bad! Good b/c you help the people around you! Your volunteer activites and involvement in the community is awesome! Bad becuase you often get taken advantage of.
I love your sense of humor and your ability to put yourself in other peoples shoes. I love...

Day 39: Why you think you've learned more from the...
Im not sure I can quantify whether I’ve learned from one type of experience more than another. I try to look at the lessons life teaches through every type of experience no matter how good or bad they may be. Every experience is an opportunity to take notes and build character. It’s an opportunity to add vocabulary to the dictionay of life!
I will say this, bad experiences have a...
Day 38: Thoughts on your generation
Honestly.. I think my generation is pretty screwed up. Everyone around me thinks they’re entitled to everything. The work ethic of many people my age is also unbelievable. I thank god everyday my mom raised me as she did. There are so many people in my generation who do the bare minimum and expect more for it. NEWS FLASH: You want more? Work for it!!!
When it comes to life in general my...
Day 36: What you think about your friends
My friends mean the world to me. They’re very different when it comes to hobbies, likes and dislikes. They all hold a special piece of my heart! No matter how long I go without speaking to them or how far away we live the time spent apart means nothing when we reunite! :)
I can count my closest friends on two hands and thats how I like it!

Day 34: Your horoscope for today and whether you... →
There are times in my life where I look to my horoscopes for guidance.. I don’t purposly seek the guidance they provide but it seems when I need it most they find ways to show up.
Today’s horoscope says I need to get with friends today.. I think this is very accurate. I had a pretty strong feeling I needed to talk to my friend Katelin this morning! Once I did I found the comments we...
Dday 33: Someone who really hurt you
Well.. There’s one person in my past and well in my current life who hurt me and continues to hurt me. And like an idiot I let it happen. It’s so very easy for someone to tell me to just not talk to someone or to just ignore them.. It’s easy for them to say these things b/c they’re not a part of the situation. I can give out all the advice in the world on how someone SHOULD...
Day 32: Whether you'd rather marry someone who's...
UGH This question AGAIN… Im pretty sure I purposely skipped this question last time b/c It annoyed me. I dont think these types of things are easy to pick.. If you do pick you risk sounding completely shallow and like an ass.
I’d rather be single then be forced to pick either one..
Would you choose? If so, which would you choose?
Playing Catchup..........
Well, it’s official. I fell off my posting bandwagon.. Im about 9 days behind on my 365 day challenge posts…… OOOOOOPS..
Day 31: a bit about your social life outside of tumblr - Okay this post apparently didn’t like me b/c i definitely wrote something on this and it decided not to post.. So here goes again..
I love to volunteer. Im currently waiting for my application to...
Day 31: would you rather Marty a rich ugly man or...
I’m purposely ignoring this question because I’m not shallow enough or superficial enough to put any brain power into forcing myself to choose. Id rather be single than answer a question like this!! :)
Day 31: a bit about your social life outside of...
I don’t really consider tumblr. part of my “social” media. I actually only use this site as my “journal” for this 365 day challenge. I’ve never taken the time to actually explore on here..
Outside of the social medias I use frequently (Pinterest, Twitter, Facebook) my life is pretty simple.
I work in the Nuclear Power industry as a Project Specislit. I also...
Day 30: Five Favorite Girls Names, 5 Favorite Boys...
This is an interesting post topic. For one Im not pregnant nor do I plan on becoming pregnant for a long time! Second, I don’t think I’ve ever thought about this to the point where I could just list a set of gender specific names…..
What I do know is I LOVE unique names.
The first dog I ever named was Teagen which means beautiful. And that is exactly what that dog was.....
